Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic US Free shipping is offered on orders over $200 USD

 

Once we receive your order it will be ready to send in 1 to 3 days. Sometimes it needs to be manufactured or personalized for you by our team of designers and seamstresses. :)

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Depending on the products you ordered, we may ship from our warehouse in US directly to your home or address provided.

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Shipping company will make two attempts to deliver your order to the address provided. If these attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Milktology Inc reserves the right to collect or withhold any sum due for return shipping, administrative costs and/or any compensation damages.

 

Milktology Inc is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Milktology Inc will not be liable for any delays caused by customers clearance processes; any non compliance or delay on the causes of force majeure; acts of the courier companies used for the delivery of the goods and lost packages during transit.

 

Milktology Inc is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
